Not Every Day Can Go Your Way!

"God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging. " Psalm 46:1-3

Not all days are Sunshine with warm weather. Someday the rain comes, the skies are gray, and its cold. Sometimes bad weather comes at the least opportune times. Have you ever had plans, just to have the weather mess it up. Before my wedding my wife checked the weather 3 weeks in advance. Lucky for us the rain didn't come just one of the hottest days of the year.

Weather can be a lot like life in being unpredictable. Sometimes its the worst at the least opportune times. When the struggles of life come this can lead us into depression, feeling unstable, and just feeling uneasy. Everyone likes having controller of their surroundings, but just like life and the weather this isn't always possible.

However, we can take comfort in the fact that whatever life throws our way Jesus can be our refuge. We can find strength in him. The great thing about Jesus is his love is always predictable.

In the worse times in life we need to turn to him for strength. So on the worst of days just remember to find strength in the Lord.
